The Computational Modeling and Simulation Lab, situated within the Computational Science and Engineering Program at Istanbul Technical University's Informatics Institute, is dedicated to advancing research in computational fluid dynamics, biomechanics, and high-performance computing. Our lab benefits from collaborations with esteemed institutions such as TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye), ITU National Center for High Performance Computing (UHeM), Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine-Department of Cardiology, ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and Marmara University Center for Nanotechnology & Biomaterials Application and Research (NBUAM). These partnerships foster an interdisciplinary environment that enhances our capabilities in developing sophisticated simulations and models for biomedical applications.
